Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect only what we need to match you with a dealer and confirm your appointment. We never sell your data to third parties. Your credit self-assessment is not a hard pull and does not affect your credit score.

1. Who We Are

Frontle Prime ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Frontle Prime platform at frontle.com. We are a technology company that helps car buyers find and schedule appointments with participating dealers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

3. Your Credit Assessment Is Self-Reported

The credit tier you select ("rebuilding credit," "fair credit," etc.) is a self-reported assessment chosen by you in our chat interface. We do not perform a hard credit pull. Your credit score is not affected by using Frontle Prime. This information is used solely to help match you with dealers who work with your stated credit situation.

5. Information Shared With Dealers

When a dealer purchases your lead, we share your name, phone number, email address, the VIN of the vehicle you selected, and your appointment details. This disclosure occurs only after the dealer has paid for the lead introduction. Your credit tier and budget information may also be shared to help the dealer prepare for your visit.

We do not share your information with any dealer until they have paid for an exclusive lead. We work only with licensed automobile dealers.

6. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period.

7. Third-Party Services

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

8. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Frontle Prime including appointment confirmations, reminders, and attendance verification. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

9. Data Retention

We retain your lead and appointment records for up to 2 years for business records and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).

11. Data Requests & Deletion

To request a copy of your data or to have your data deleted, email privacy@frontle.com. Include your name and the phone number or email used during your purchase. We will process your request within 30 days.

12. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission, and access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment card data. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
