Frontle Prime ("we," "us," or "our") is a technology platform that connects car buyers with licensed automobile dealers. We are not a licensed dealer, broker, lender, or financial institution. We do not sell vehicles, arrange financing, or act as an agent for any party.
For a one-time fee of $49, Frontle Prime provides:
The $49 fee is charged for information services and appointment scheduling technology. It does not guarantee a vehicle purchase, financing approval, or any specific outcome from your dealer interaction.
Estimated monthly payments displayed on our platform are calculated using a fixed APR and loan term for illustrative purposes only. These estimates are not offers of credit, pre-approvals, or guarantees of financing. Actual loan terms, rates, and approval decisions are made solely by lenders and dealers, not by Frontle Prime.
Because our Fair Price Report is delivered electronically and immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the report has been generated and made available to you. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact us at support@frontle.com within 48 hours.
By purchasing a Deal Pass, you agree to make reasonable efforts to attend the scheduled dealer appointment. Frontle Prime coordinates appointments on your behalf; however, the buyer is solely responsible for attending. We are not liable for any costs, time, or damages incurred by dealers or third parties due to buyer no-shows.
If a buyer does not attend and this is confirmed through our verification process, the participating dealer may receive a credit toward a future lead at our discretion.
Dealers who purchase buyer leads through Frontle Prime are paying for an exclusive introduction to a single pre-qualified buyer. Lead fees are non-refundable once the buyer's contact information has been disclosed. Credits for verified no-shows are granted at Frontle Prime's sole discretion.
Market value data is sourced from third-party listing services and reflects conditions at the time of report generation. Frontle Prime does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this data. Vehicle prices, availability, and dealer inventory can change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontle Prime's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
